Huge surprise! I am a Theta's sound fan but living in Mexico does not help for being such.

Sala Chopin is Theta's distribuitor and service provider in Mexico and their service sucks! Hope that the change will improve the post-sales service.

By the way, I tried Tried to contact Theta directly but a Lady (think she is Mr. Sinclair's wife) wrote me to strictly conduct all affairs with Sala Chopin. Sala Chopin has to send the malfunctionig Laser disc/DAC/etc. to the USA to be repaired! Of course that is prohibitely expensive! To purchase a new device would be more cost effective.
