I've been enjoying the Gran Turismo 5 Prologue demo (& man it looks fantastic!), it's only available on the Japan store so I have several accounts (U.S, Hong Kong, UK & Japan) that way I get all the content that's out there.
All PS3 games are on Blu-Ray, while the early games looked good the latest games are really amazing.
I believe these are all PS3 exclusives, there are also many cross platform games.
