They are no longer sending HR 10-250's out to replace one of the SINGLE worst products ever made in terms of reilaiblity.

For me this means having to reprogram a hand-help crestron in my living room and soon needing to have my guru out for a crestron handheld in my master bedroom as well as the touch pad in my theater.

Thanks DirecTV - you guys REALLY know how to treat a customer who spent $1,000 on an HD TiVo. Kinda like the way you out source your phone calls to India. "Yes my friend this is Patel. How many times can I tell you to restart your unit before you get mad at me?"
