A friend of mine has got the Mitsubishi HC5000BL and is really happy with it. It is about 3,500$ but the quality is very good and also its de-interlacing features. On the internet this projecter has also good ratings on several home theater sites.

I have been at his house several times and think that this projector was a good investment. I am currently also building up a home theater system and I am thinkin about getting the same one.
