Re: Are network executives trying to Pi** us off?
I'm right there with you Moose. I stopped watching network television a long time ago. Those few shows that I do watch, I do so only off my DVR, never live. I could deal with the logo in the corner. It was annoying at first, but I got over it. Oh but then the logos got bigger and bigger, and then those stupid, godforsaken animated promos that take up the bottom half your screen during the show. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they add super loud sound effects to the animations (sirens, narration, you name it). That was it. I said enough is enough and left the realm of network television and began to grown my DVD collection and tune to the movie channels. I can live without Survivor and Temptation Island and Boot Camp and all those other lame reality shows thank you very much.
