Toshiba has firmware update 2.5 for the HD-XA2 and HD-A20. This is the long awaited firmware update that enables 1080p at 24fps.

According to Toshiba's website...

"This firmware update includes support for 1080p/24Hz OUTPUT, additional OSD languages, improved network connectivity supporting the download of web-enabled network content associated with certain HD DVD discs, and also addresses certain disc playback and HDMI/DVI related issues identified by Toshiba."
