He gives the CD away but sues fans for giving him FREE publicity. I think he sold out after 1999. Myth buster: Purple Rain is a piece of dog **** with terrible acting and when he pulls up on his motorcycle he looks like a muppet named Weekend Warrior. He's always good for a couple of good songs but I think he believes he poots genius because then we're stuck with the rest of the CD/DVD/gag induction.
To me Prince's genius has always been a pale imitation of Todd Rundgren's.
