Underdrive pulleys can be problematic in some conditions. Since the accessories like the alternator, power steering pump, air conditioner compressor, water pump, etc run slower with the underdrive pulleys, they may not work efficiently in stop and go and/or high temperature climates. Here in Houston I would not recommend.
