Re: 2012 doesn't work with my Bluray player. Any suggestions?
I use PowerDVD to play my Blu-rays and ever so often I will need to update the software. The last time was for The Hangover and after the update it played fine.
If HP is no help, you might give PowerDVD a try. I don't have a no cost solution.
