I looked up PFSweb and found Bruce McClung Partner - Vice President of Sales and sent him a copy of the communications.

>From what ecost told me PFSweb has controlled eCost for a year and they are all aware of eCost's horrible customer service. Mc Clung must have been really teed off because when eCost called me they couldn't do enough to please me.

Just a heads up to your company, make sure you improve your customer service and protect yourself against on line stores that become overly aggressive with your customers.
