Are you saying that no matter "how bad" a musician is you'll buy their CD just because they were "recorded" well? If Rudy Van Gelder recorded William Hung's cover of "She Bangs" in 24-bit would you buy it? Inquiring minds need to know.
No I didn't say that. Remember I mentioned "liked" musicians. I am more into Chris Spheeris and Basia and Israel Kamakwewo'Ole and Yanni(I know, I know) and Mannheim Steamroller and several others. There is also one who Jimmy Hendix considered the greatest guitarist of the age and I haven't played him in so long and my brain is getting so old , I cannot remember his name right now. I just remembered -- Phil Keaggy. The point is that if something is recorded poorly and lots of stuff is, your sound system cannot make it better. It can only give as good as it gets, no matter how good a system you have.
