Everything was officially announced yesterday (11/9) and is now posted on Oppo's website. The price is $899 for a new unit. There is an upgrade available for $299. There is an even more heavily modded version of the SE available from NuForce. That one goes for around $1200, IIRC. Your old unit can be modded by NuForce to that version as well.
