Shortly after Harmon Specialty Group acquired Madrigal, they just winked and casually walked away from the problematic PMDT. They provided no alternate path for loyal customers/owners who bought this unit, nor will they provide any technical service for the unit.
I made several attempts to get my PMDT repaired, including trying to find alternate sources for such assistance. I have not been successful.
Reason enough for me to never darken the HSG door again.
