I have done a lot of checking of Onkyo and nothing I have found would ever get me to buy Onkyo. I'm 62 years old and maybe my ears are getting bad, I don't really think so, but nothing impresses me about Onkyo. Sorry, I am not trying to pick on you at all. We all have different ears and like different sounds. I definitely do not need more power from each channel. Yamaha has that completely under control.
