I am running a Denon AVR 3808 which worked well with WMP11 on my PC. It has recently lost "sight" of the PC and audio store. I believe it to be a setting on my PC (running Vista) as the Denon can "see" a laptop also running Vista; both the PC and the laptoip can "see" the Denon.

I have removed virus and firewall protection, checked the network through, removed and re-installed .Net frameworks which I udnerstand the Denon is dependent on.

The only improvement I have had is for the Denon to now list a "Media Server" which shows <...empty ...>.

I have now run out of ideas and Denon UK have not yet been able to help resolve it.
