I think you are right they are not yet available; although they should be in time for Christmas. Furthermore, Sony, Samsung and others are all coming out with LED-backlit LCDs with much improved response times and refresh rates. It remains to be seen if these new displays will overcome the LCD problem of motion blurr, even if they are able to equal plasmas in terms of black levels.
