Rehab is slow and painful, I am going to try to start swimming soon as my mobility improves, some friends and I are trying to make a bike tour from Venice Italy to Lbojnerhghirw;tuhghw (can't remember the spelling) for April, so I need to start riding seriously again ASAP!
