Obviously, Sony put all its eggs into PS3, and while not perfect, at least it is totally reliable - and I have never had it reject a disc, as sometimes happens with other BD stand alone players. But again, PS3 is a Triple Core platform, while all other BD players are lucky to even have the processing power of a Dual Core!
