I am sure the current US model does not, and in general any player that has a regional code 1 will not either. I did some checking around and it seems Toshiba would have to alter the firmware to do this, and as they have announced the release of a European version the XE1 which will do PAL I doubt they would do this. I was unable to locate any hacks for this either.
