Everyone gets up on a different side of the bed. Some people may be "baiting" because they just found out their wife is having an affair, their kid has a serious illness, or the person is neurotic. Whatever the reason we cut them some slack but if a definite pattern develops corrective actions must ensue.
Having a bad day is one thing, being a pr--k is another!
