Jared definitely takes a hands on approach. Funny you mentioned Adona, I too considered them. Funnier still is the guy got the idea from AudiAV and asked Jared as much as he could then built Adona. I think the AudiAV racks are far superior to Adona.

I hadn't heard of the Jade racks until I got mine and they were listed in the catalog. I think they are dropping that line. For me, I had made so many changes to my rack and added another shelf at the last minute so I had to do the sizing myself but it was straight forward math so no big deal.

They can get pricey, as I learned with all signature shelves and granite for my key components, but it looks great and is solid as a rock!
