I have received PMs from EricHarmony over there, and also a return call back from my session with tech service on Monday. Both (same?) are supposed to call me today (Wednesday), and work to resolve this.

I think their solution will be to split my Denon into multiple devices. But, I haven't even begun to program Zone 2 (which I may use), and Zone 3 (which I won't use). We'll see what they say. I certainly don't want to re-learn the IR commands from my original remote.

I have a little more time. I really like the remote.

If only it would work.
