The current player lists for $499 so a list of $599 for this one seems about right.
This means it should be available for about $475 or so via discount channels.
Heck, I only paid $375 for the BD30 directly from Panasonic so I should be able to get the 50 at a similar discount.

I don't think you know the price. It's $1199 euro MSRP. If someone is selling it for $599 people better buy it.
