As a test, register as a new user. Then, validate it as a new NON-ADMIN NON-Moderator account following the procedure used for this purpose. When this is done, login using the account and upload a picture (successful) and try to use it for your posts (unsuccessful), or try to select an avatar (unsuccessful).
