Sorry to come up short here, Andrew Robinson did the S8 review, and FWIW he's kept them in a really nice two channel rig. From what I understand they are really nice but I have no first hand experience with them so I can't compare the two.

As always, listen for yourself with material you are familiar with and decide what sounds best to you.
