XM Satellite Radio has just announced that the Lexus' 2004 model LS 430 arrives in dealers' showrooms this month with XM radio as a dealer-installed option. The LS 430 with XM is the first Lexus model ever to be offered with a satellite radio option. Toyota Motor Corporation has made XM available on vehicles in each of its brands: Toyota, Scion and Lexus. This fall, XM will be available as a factory or dealer installed option in the following automotive brands: Acura Isuzu Audi Nissan Buick Oldsmobile Cadillac Pontiac Chevrolet Saturn GMC Scion Honda Toyota Infiniti VW

Winnebago Industries, Inc. and SIRIUS have collaborated to offer SIRIUS Satellite Radio in most of Winnebago Industries' new 2004 motor homes. A SIRIUS receiver is included currently as standard equipment on Winnebago Industries' top-of-the-line Ultimate Freedom, while it is optional on the majority of the Company's other Winnebago, Itasca, Rialta and Ultimate brand motor homes. SIRIUS offers over 100 streams of digital entertainment, with 60 commercial-free, original music streams. High orbit satellites deliver satellite programming anywhere in the U.S., and the SIRIUS receiver has full scrolling capabilities that show artist names and song titles.

SIRIUS will soon enable consumers to listen to their favorite music and entertainment in the car, home, boat and office. “Plug & Play" satellite radios from Kenwood and Audiovox will be the first portable SIRIUS radios to hit the retail market. The launch of the Kenwood Here2Anywhere™ and Audiovox S.R.S. Satellite Radio Shuttle™ marks the first time SIRIUS listeners can take 100 streams of music, news and entertainment everywhere they go. Sold with separate docking kits for the home and car, the new portable "Plug & Play" units allow subscribers to easily use the same unit in their car, home, office and boat, all for one subscription price of $12.95 a month. SIRIUS also offers a "Preferred Plan," whereby an additional subscription is $6.99 more per month, after the initial $12.95, and a "Lifetime of Music & More" plan, good for the life of the radio, for $399.99.

The National Basketball Association and SIRIUS announced that SIRIUS will carry live audio broadcasts of NBA regular season games, playoffs and NBA Finals, as part of its standard programming package. Beginning in mid-February, basketball fans can hear up to 40 NBA games each week as part of SIRIUS' standard programming package consisting of 100 music and entertainment streams. A complete schedule of NBA games is available on NBA.com and www.SIRIUS.com. These games will be included in SIRIUS $12.95 a month subscription fee. In addition to the play-by-play coverage, SIRIUS will implement media and marketing initiatives with various NBA properties.

The SKYFi Audio System, a self-contained "boom box," provides the flexibility to take XM Satellite anywhere. Delphi and XM recently teamed to offer the Delphi XM SKYFi(TM) Radio receiver, a compact unit that reportedly provides the most advanced user features of any satellite radio on the market today.
