Faroudja, Inc, the AV industry’s leader in high performance video processing technologies, recently announced the successful resolution of a patent lawsuit with DWIN electroincs. Faroudja had alleged that DWIN Electronics, Inc.’s home theater line multiplier products infringed a patent held by Faroudja and a patent licensed exclusively to Faroudja for the relevant field of use. DWIN and Faroudja mutually agreed to maintain the specific technical and financial terms of the settlment in confidence.
