In-ear headphones are becoming an increasingly popular and increasingly high grade commodity. Price and quality ranges from the hard plastic earbuds that Apple includes with the iPod up to in-ear sets that run into the thousands from some of the biggest names in the business.
The new line of speakers from Canton adds a floorstanding model, center channel, and satellite speakers with a solid build and a reasonable price of entry. The CD 1090 tower speaker is slim and meant to be used for your main left and right channels. Each speaker stands just over forty inches high and is available in black, white, and silver high gloss finishes.
The soundbar is a solid concept. If you’re in a room that just doesn’t need a whole audio system, but you want something better than TV speakers, you get a soundbar. If you don’t want to deal with setting up speakers and a receiver, you get a soundbar. That’s been just fine until recently.
