V Inc., the award-winning digital display maker, marks its first anniversary with a set of additions to the Vizio product line. V Inc. announces two new plasma TV's and an additional LCD TV to its line of Vizio flat-panel displays. The Vizio plasma line additions include both a 50" HDTV and a 42" EDTV. The Vizio P50HD has a native resolution of 1366 x 768, accepts ATSC sources on analog component video or RGBHV on VGA and digital DVI video inputs. Interface with USB and RS232 is also supported. The Vizio P50HD will ship in April and will have a suggested retail price of $4,999.99.

DWIN has just introduced the PlasmaImage™ HD-50, a Home Theater Plasma Display System at this year's CEDIA Expo. The PlasmaImage™ HD-50 incorporates two complementary components: a 50" High-Definition Plasma Display with 1366 x 766 Native Resolution and DWIN's Digital Video Processor. This separate component design provides flexible connectivity by allowing the Digital Video Processor to be located near all the video sources while the Plasma Display is mounted at a good viewing location.
