England’s loudest band, Spinal Tap again needs another drummer. In honor of MGM's Sept 12 release of the band's now infamous rockumentary, "This is Spinal Tap," on DVD and VHS, Listen.com, Rolling Stone and Spinal Tap have launched a search for a new skinsman.
Entrants can apply at Listen.com by submitting a 50-word essay on why they should be the new drummer and send in a photo or video of themselves dressed in Spinal Tap garb, preferably spandex and/or leather. The contest will be judged by Spinal Tap's Derek Smalls, Rolling Stone editor David Wild and Listen.com editor Jon Pruett. The winner will receive a trip to Hollywood for the exclusive re-release party at the House of Blues, a meeting with the band, a drum kit, and VHS and DVD copies of the re-mastered movie "This is Spinal Tap".
