Apple Announces the iPhone 4S, iCloud and More
Yesterday was a big one for Apple.  They brought out some new iPods, a brand new iPhone, and unveiled some new apps and services that will be made available in the future. What might be most interesting to audiophiles, though, is iCloud.  With iCloud, every music purchase you make through iTunes will be automatically synced up with your compatible devices.  That means your iPod, iPhone, iPad and home computer will all automatically download the tracks you buy without needing to be started manually.

Europe's Favorite Music Streaming Service - Spotify - Launches in the US
It's been a long time coming, but Spotify has finally launched in the US.  The music streaming service offers instant access to what seems like a limitless library of songs.  The free version of Spotify gives you that instant access, but you'll have to listen to ads from time to time.  It also requires an invitation, which you can sign up for on Spotify.com.  Shelling out $5 a month gets you an ad free experience, but the excitement comes with the Premium service.

Soundcast Launches a New Wireless Multi-Room Music System
The OutCast 3.4 is a brand new multi-room music system from Soundcast that's been designed to give you a simple and enjoyable listening experience.  Soundcast's new wireless system can play back audio from up to three sources and can transmit as far as 300 feet through walls, doors, floors, ceilings and even roofs.  It can handle newer sources like MP3 players, iPhones and internet radio as well as legacy sources.
