Samsung Shows off a Korean Exclusive 75-inch ES9000
Every once in a while, Samsung releases something very cool for its home country of Korea – something we don't get in the States.  The latest is a massive 75" ES9000 Smart TV with LED backlighting and all the things you'd expect from a high-end Samsung set.

Sharp Launches the 90
If you want a big screen you've typically had to stick with projectors or DLP, but Sharp's LC-90LE745U changes all that.  The new Aquos set takes LED backlit displays to a whole new level, by taking the size up to a massive 90 inches.  And if that wasn't impressive enough, Sharp packs 3D and smart TV functionality.

LG Prices OLED at Around $10,000 – Opens New OLED Plant
The long awaited 55" OLED set from LG now has a price, or at least a price estimate.  LG says to expect it to fall somewhere in the area of $10,000 when its available later on this year.  You'll notice a few new things since CES too, including a carbon fiber backing that allowed LG to trim another millimeter off of the already svelte frame.

LG Previews Google TVs – Launch Imminent
It's been a little while since we've heard anything new out of the Google TV camp, but LG is putting quite a bit of investment into the platform.  The company's new Cinema 3D – for clarity's sake, that means passive – Google TVs are about to hit the market and they're looking incredibly appealing.

Dolby and Philips Team for Glasses-Free 3D
One of the most common complaints about watching 3D content is the need to wear glasses, and it's a problem that we've not conquered quite yet.  Glasses-free displays do exist of course, but they've traditionally been a bit lacking.  The new prototype from Dolby and Philips, however, has been impressing people left and right.
