In May, Samsung and RealD announced that they'd be partnering up to create something new - a hybrid 3D TV that can use both passive and active glasses, eliminating compatibility issues once and for all. Today RealD revealed that Samsung has decided to pull out of the project. Apparently Samsung didn't like the new licensing deal that RealD laid out and that ending things for the partnership.
