Mvix Debuts Ultio Media Player and PVR
The Ultio Pro media player from Mvix is an impressive playback solution.  It can handle just about any video file you can think of, a substantial range of audio files, and even sports a torrent service. But the Ultio Pro isn’t for everyone, in that it doesn’t have access to some of the basic internet services that other players have.  You can still get videos from Netflix and Hulu, but you’ll have to go through Tversity or PlayOn to get there.

ZAGGbox Media Center and Streamer Available for Preorder
Low cost streaming devices like the Boxee Box have been getting a lot of love recently, and that’s not without merit.  Getting internet based video and audio content to your television efficiently and inexpensively is a great way to go.  The ZAGGbox is not one of those devices.  It costs a bit more, but offers a lot in return.

VidaBox Unveils 20” Touch Screen All-in-One Media Center
The new TouchClient20 from VidaBox is a slick piece of gear that acts as a media center and media extender in one. Designed with the mindset of creating a fully featured media center for environments where space is limited, theTouchClient20 is just under two and a half inches deep, fifteen and a half inches high and just over twenty inches high.  It sports a touch screen with a maximum resolution of 1600 by 900, falling just between 720 and 1080.
