SlingPlayer for Kindle Fire Coming Tomorrow
When it came out, the Slingbox seemed like a cool idea for people that travelled a lot but not the kind of thing with mass market appeal.  The widespread adoption of tablets and smartphones has changed that though - being able to watch your favorite programming while on the go is a pretty slick setup.

Utrasone Signature Pro Headphones Available Now
We all have that one friend that just doesn't get it.  You know the guy - he's got $50,000 invested in his home theater but uses the earbuds that came with his iPhone to listen to music.  Headphone quality is essential to get the best possible performance out of your music and Ultrasone's new Signature Pro series boast some quality specs.  They have a frequency range that starts at 8Hz thanks to a 40mm transducer developed in-house.

TiVo Pushes Out Updates to the Premiere Line
There's plenty of new functionality coming to your TiVo Premiere thanks to the latest update to the software.  For starters, you'll be able to search through Hulu Plus offerings along with your regular cable, Amazon Instant Video, Blockbuster and Netflix.  If you can't find the show you're looking for, you can even set up a WishList to catch it when it does come on air.  Multi-room streaming is also available, allowing you to watch shows from one of your TiVo boxes on another networked TiVo Premiere.

Wi-Fi Home Theater Components Will Reach 600 Million by 2015 says NPD
Just a few years ago, connected devices hit the market in a big way.  We saw our first Netflix boxes and streaming capable TVs.  We saw Blu-ray players that could give us movies on demand and receivers capable of streaming from Pandora and other online sources.  Now that those are becoming standard, the NPD Group estimates that we'll reach 600 million connected components shipped by 2015.  In fact, they go one step further and say that that 600 million will all be Wi-Fi enabled.

Dolby Digital Plus Coming to Smartphones, Tablets and HBO Go
It's hard to argue - streaming services have a way to go before their audio quality is up to snuff.  This goes double for smartphones and tablets, which tend to focus more on having plenty of apps than on the richness of their sound. Dolby, as you might imagine, would like to change that.  They're doing so too, thanks to the addition of Dolby Digital Plus to a wide range of devices from companies like HP, Acer, Lenovo and Samsung.  Samsung is also going to be adding Digital Plus capabilities to their Acetrax streaming app for European Blu-ray players.
