Westinghouse isn't a name we're used to thinking about when it comes to expensive, high quality sets, but that's exactly what the company is planning to bring to customers. Their new UHDTV strays from the Walmart sets we're used to seeing from them and goes into the high-end range. The ultra high-end range in fact, with a cost of $300,000.
Samsung's new 85 inch UHDTV is something that we knew about, but what came as a surprise is the way it looks. The set comes with a unique stand that you'll either absolutely love or absolutely hate. While others shift their focus to ridiculously large 4K sets, Panasonic is sticking with the stuff that got them where they are. The company is set to release plasmas and LCDs, all sitting at 65 inches and below. While last year that wouldn't have been much of a surprise, that sets them apart at this year's CES.
