TV Pirate Sentenced to 14 Months in Prison for Rebroadcasting
DISH Network Corporation has announced that Glenn White, a known satellite TV pirate, was sentenced to 14 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to illegally rebroadcasting DISH Network's programming.

AT&T's U-Verse Made Available at Circuit City and Wal-Mart Retail Outlets

DirecTV Puts 24-hour Time Limit on Pay Per View
DirecTV has made it official.  Pay Paer View movies that you store on your DirecTV DVR will now only lasts for a 24-hour time period, from time of purchase.   DirecTV states that the major movie studios are requiring this change in policy.  All PPV items that you have stored on your DVR prior to April 15th, will remain available.  After that date, the 24-hour time period will be enforced..  Since the 24-hour time period begins the moment your purchase the PPV movie, make sure you don't miss watching it.  Read the official DirecTV statement below.
