Combined with the Radius 360, the Radius 90 forms a system with clarity and dynamics. The Radius 90 can also be used on its own as a secondary system in a bedroom or dorm room etc. The die-cast metal wall bracket supplied has a very shallow profile and holds the Radius 90 close to the wall with a neat appearance. Dynaudio, has just released it latest special edition model, the new Audience 52 SE ($1,400 per pair). Dynaudio engineers have incorporated several performance updates into the cabinet of the standard Audience 52 to create the advanced version of this model. Product highlights include a new tweeter and crossover, and select components sourced from the company’s recently discontinued Contour 1.3 mk II. The Audience 52 SE tweeter is a new Esotec model, based on those developed for the new Dynaudio Contour S series, and features a double magnet system, an optimized back chamber geometry, a multiple coated fabric soft dome diaphragm, and an aluminum wire voice coil. The mid/bass driver is sourced directly from the revered Contour 1.3 mk II. It uses Dynaudio’s characteristic MSP (magnesium silicate polymer) one-piece cone, a three inch aluminum wire voice coil, and a high power magnet system integrated into a rigid die cast aluminum basket.

Dubbed Mirage OMNISAT, this new product from Audio Products International Corp. (API) is a major breakthrough in speaker design that will bring Mirage Omnipolar loudspeaker technology to a whole new audience. Under the direction of API’s Vice President for new product development, Ian Paisley, Mirage pioneered the commercially successful application of bipolar loudspeaker design in the early 1980’s, moving on to develop Omnipolar designs that Paisley calls the logical progression from the bipolar concept.
