Audience Introduces ClairAudient LSA 4+4 Full-Range Loudspeakers
The ClairAudient LSA 4+4 is a loudspeaker with a design unlike many others.  It was created to produce the best sound quality possible, of course, but by using different techniques than most.  The 4+4 uses a total of eight drivers – four facing forward and four facing to the rear – that are housed in a 17” high, 15” wide, 12” deep enclosure.

Canton Introduces Two New Vento Speakers
A pair of new Vento speakers was added to Canton’s lineup today.  The new additions mark the first use of Canton’s 6” aluminum cone woofer in the Vento line, which is responsible for a front baffle a full inch narrower than other Vento models. The three way bass reflex Vento 880 is a floorstanding loudspeaker.  It stands thirty nine inches tall and slightly less than eight inches wide.

Boston Acoustics Introduces Reflection Series
“With the introduction of our new Reflection Series speakers,” says Boston Acoustics’ Eli Haray “our 'good, better, best' component speaker strategy is now complete.”  The Reflection Series (RS) constitutes what Haray would call the ‘better’ line of speakers, taking its position right between the CS and VS lines.

Audioengine Releasing Affordable Passive Speakers
Audioengine, a little, but respected speaker manufacturer has announced that it will be releasing the P4 passive bookshelf speakers.  This is great news for enthusiasts.  Not only do these speaker have a wonderful look that is simple and yet elegant.  Even better yet, the speakers are extremely affordable, which is key for today's economy.  A pair of these puppies only costs $249.  So the question is, "how good do they sound?"

Klipsch Increasing Green Efforts
Loudspeaker manufacturer Klipsch is going green.  It is amping up its green loudspeakers, and turning to solar power and other techniques to make its product line more energy-efficient.  Klipsch is claiming that its horn-based loudspeakers use less power and produce more sound than other speakers.
