Onkyo Intros a Pair of 7.2 Channel Receivers
From the onset, you might not see a difference between Onkyo's two newest receivers, aside from the THX logo present on the higher end HT-RC270.  Judging a book by its cover is a valid strategy in this case.  There are a few significant differences here, but these receivers have a lot in common.

Sherbourn Announces the Class A/B SR-102 Receiver
Sherbourn's new SR-102 receiver is an impressive one.  The 7.1 channel receiver is housed in a 4U high rack mountable chassis that's covered in small silver colored buttons.  It's not the prettiest receiver around, but the SR-102 isn't about aesthetics though, it's all about power.

Yamaha Redesigns Receivers for New Aventage Line
Yamaha announced the Aventage line today, which includes five 3D receivers that were completely reworked from the ground up.   It's not the next generation of receivers, as Yamaha is quick to point out, but a new take on current products with tweaks here and there.

Marantz Debuts a New Flagship Receiver
The SR7005 is the flagship of the new receiver line from Marantz.  It's designed to replace, and improve over the SR7002, and it does that with a series of new features.  The new receiver is all about sharing.  It can distribute audio from up to three different sources to three different zones simultaneously.
