It's easy to find a device that can play music from your home network at a price that anyone can afford.  It's a little harder though if you're looking for quality.  $100 streamers of dubious build and stream quality don't do it for everyone.

Marantz Intros Two New 3D Capable Universal Media Players
It's incredibly rare to find someone with a Blu-ray collection that doesn't have some DVDs lying around too.  It's also rare to find an audio junkie that doesn't at least have a few SACDs.  The latest player from Marantz are built to satisfy those needs.

Sony Announces the SCD-XE800 SACD Player for Japan
There's no word of an international release yet, but it's great to see that the SACD format is still being supported by companies like Sony.  The latest player from the company is marketed as more of an entry level device.

Bel Canto Unveils Three New e.One DACs
A trio of new DAC has been announced by Bel Canto.  Led by the DAC3.5VB, BelCanto says that these DACs "significantly raise the bar for digital playback". At the entry level, there's The e.One DAC1.5, with its 24/96 USB input as well as five 24/192 digital inputs.  It's got a 1/4 inch headphone jack on the front and a pair of balanced XLR and RCA outputs on the back.

Audiophilleo Announces USB to SPDIF Transports
Going digital often means sacrifice for audiophiles.  Even with a whole collection ripped down to FLAC, there's an issue of output.  Most computers only have one kind of audio output, and that's especially true with laptops.  Getting the best sound out of a 3.5mm jack is trying.
